Terms of Service
Last updated: August 4, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of ScriptBridge, a lead-management platform operated by ScriptBridgerx ("ScriptBridgerx," "we," "us"). By logging in or otherwise using ScriptBridge, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
ScriptBridge helps sales organizations track leads, log outreach, schedule appointments, and manage a team's pipeline. It's provided to our own sales organization and to partner sales companies operating under our network, at our discretion.
Accounts are created and managed by administrators within your organization — you can't self-register. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell an administrator right away if you suspect your account has been compromised.
Where ScriptBridge is made available to a partner sales company operating under our network rather than directly by us, that access is granted at our discretion as part of the working relationship between us. If that relationship ends, we may suspend or remove accounts and access associated with that organization.
You agree not to:
Use ScriptBridge for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that violates applicable telemarketing, do-not-call, or consumer-communication laws (such as the TCPA) when contacting leads — compliance with those laws when you reach out to a business or contact is your responsibility, not something ScriptBridge verifies or guarantees for you.
Attempt to access another organization's leads or accounts, scrape or bulk-export lead data for use outside the platform without authorization, or otherwise interfere with the service's normal operation.
The underlying lead database and the ScriptBridge platform itself are proprietary to ScriptBridgerx. Being granted access gives you a limited license to use that data within ScriptBridge for legitimate sales activity while you're part of our organization or network — it isn't a transfer of ownership, and that license ends when your access does. Notes, dispositions, and appointment records your team creates while using the service remain visible within ScriptBridge for reporting and continuity purposes.
ScriptBridge optionally integrates with Google Sign-In and Google Calendar. Details on what data that involves and how it's used are in our Privacy Policy. Using those features is also subject to Google's own terms, which we don't control.
ScriptBridge is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of lead data, or that the service will be available without interruption or error-free.
To the extent permitted by law, ScriptBridgerx isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost sales or business opportunities. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.
We may suspend or terminate access to ScriptBridge, for an individual account or an entire organization, at our discretion — including for a breach of these Terms or when a partner relationship ends.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use ScriptBridge after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which ScriptBridgerx is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, regardless of the state or country you or your organization operate from.
