ScriptBridgerx ("ScriptBridge," "we," "us") operates ScriptBridge, a lead-management tool used by our sales organization and its partner sales teams to track outreach, schedule appointments, and manage leads. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and — specifically — how we handle data from your Google Account if you choose to connect it.
Account information. When you're added to ScriptBridge, we store your username, name, and a securely hashed password (we never store your password in plain text).
Lead and business data. Business names, contact details, notes, call outcomes, and appointment records that you or your team enter while using ScriptBridge.
ScriptBridge offers two optional, separate ways to connect a Google Account. Neither is required to use ScriptBridge.
Sign in with Google. If you choose to sign in this way, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google to create or match your ScriptBridge account. We don't request or receive access to anything else in your Google Account through this sign-in.
Google Calendar sync. If you separately choose to connect your Google Calendar (from Account Settings), ScriptBridge requests permission to create, update, and delete calendar events. This is used for exactly one purpose: when you book, move, or cancel an appointment for a lead in ScriptBridge, we create or update a matching event on your primary Google Calendar so it shows up alongside the rest of your schedule. We only ever touch the events ScriptBridge itself created — nothing else on your calendar is read, changed, or removed. We store the Google-assigned event ID so we can find that same event again later; we do not store your calendar's contents.
ScriptBridge's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We use the information above solely to operate ScriptBridge for our sales organization — tracking leads, scheduling appointments, syncing those appointments to a connected Google Calendar, and reporting team performance to admins and managers. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
You can disconnect Google Calendar sync at any time from Account Settings — this immediately stops any further syncing; appointments already on your calendar stay put. Lead and account data is retained for as long as your ScriptBridge account is active. To request deletion of your account or data, contact us using the email below.
Passwords are stored using industry-standard salted hashing, never in plain text. Access to leads and team data is scoped by role, so people only see what their position in the organization requires.
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
